Property Management
We manage a large portfolio of residential property predominantly in the greater Belfast area. We cover all aspects of property management required by landlords and tenants from insurance to inventory.
For landlords, our dedicated staff will inspect, insure, maintain and deal with all financial aspects of your property rentals. For tenants, we aim to provide a quality product and a quality service to aid you in your search for the ideal home.
Survey & Valuation
McQuoids are on all major Valuation Panels, and local and multi-national Banks and Building Societies. We provide valuation reports for lending, asset management, legal work and can also provide a RICS/ISVA Home Buyers Report Service on request.
